    I had an xbox one before and had bought Call of Duty Black ops 3 on that xbox one. Well I got rid of that xbox and went back to the 360 for a while. Well now that I went back to the xbox one I was wondering if I am going to be able to re-download with out
    purchasing it again.

    Are you getting the white screen on your console or on Xbox.com? Can you try to purchase call of duty: Black ops 3 online here: Microsoft
    Store (Black ops 3)     In addition, do you get any sort of error codes that accumulate after a while when trying to purchase something?
