Store on Xbox One not displaying screenshots or trailers for most games.

Most games I'm looking at in the store, from the Xbox One console itself, are not displaying screenshots of the game or trailers of the game. Very few games I've looked at do (that I can recall, Fallout 4 and Star Trek Online had them), but the vast, vast
majority do not.

I have updated the Store App itself, and did a full reboot of the Xbox One; Neither of those resolved the issue.

Are there game trailers on the Xbox store?

There seem to be two different sections/pages of the Store for different games. Often in a special "Sale" area, there is no additional features like Trailers and Screenshots for a game. (Which is horrible, in my opinion, because those would be great tools
for me to decide whether I want to purchase a game or not.) Then in other sections, _sometimes_ available by searching directly in the Store for a game title, you will actually see screenshots and a trailer for the title. It used to be a requirement (I thought)
that a game would have to have some sort of trailer.

It's definitely a problem and hopefully one they will get fixed soon. I hate not having the screenshots or videos available for things I'm debating on purchasing. And generally that means I just won't purchase it.

 

Are there game trailers on the Xbox store?

So I just got an Xbox One again (been about a year and a half since I last had one), and right away I notice something is missing. Whenever I go to a game page in the store, there are no trailers or screenshots available, just a bunch of random user created
junk on the game hub. On PS4, I click on a game, and a trailer starts playing, and usually has a couple more videos and screenshots available. Now, I'm pretty sure Xbox had the same thing, but now, there is nothing. I am still trying to figure out how to navigate
this dumpster fire of a UI "upgrade" but I can't for the life of me find any type of media that is NOT user generated for ANY game I have clicked on in the store. Surely this can't be something that was removed?

 

I have been searching for months on this. Sometimes there are videos and screenshots but most of the time there aren't any. There used to be trailers for almost every game on the market but now I am hard pressed to find one. AAA titles almost certainly
had videos...now next to zero. I am almost certain it has to do with content restrictions because all the unrated/rating pending/mature/teen games don't show anything. The only games that show screens and trailers are rated E. When you sign out there is
a placeholder that says you need to sign in because the it may contain mature content.
Also, if you own the trial or own the full game then you can see the trailers/screenshots.
