Store on console localization issues

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue purchasing a realm. We recommend make sure the store is up to date. On the Xbox console there have been a couple of updates to the store recently. Also try and clear local saves then

power cycle the console.

To clear local saves go to: Settings>system>storage>hit A on clear local save.

It may be because of parental issues that are conflicting you from playing it. But it shouldn't matter what account it is downloaded on because it is stored locally on the Xbox Console.

If you are having issues purchasing the console on the Microsoft Store but you are very excited to get it, given that Microsoft is working on fixing the problem, I suggest you to try to purchase a console on a local game store. You'll get the console right away, and will be able to play it just as you come home!

What you also can do is try to offline update the console, and see if this continues, if it does, it can be a mechanical issue on the console. :/ In that case, you can take your console to any local repair store, just for analyses.

If you're still experiencing issues with your controller and you recently purchased your Xbox One console, you may want to return it to your local retailer and exchange it for a new one. We do not have any further information on local stores in Moscow.
