Store not working

The xbox store is not working for me and hasn't worked for me for the past 5 days iv been trying to buy the
witcher 3 complete edition and dues ex mankind devided digital deluxe
while it was on sale and i was not able to i talked to technical support for the past 5 days untill the sale was over and was not able to purchase it the store is currently still not working xbox it making me do a hard reset and deleting everything to see if
this solves the problem if this works is there any way i can get the witcher 3 complete edition
and dues ex mankind devided digital deluxe while the sale is now over since i couldn't get it then because of the problem?

The Store didn't work for me properly the other day - I could select something from the tiles, but whenever selected the '...' image it reported there was a problem

Same problem. For me it wants an update when it was already updated and now it won't let me access it
