Store not working

    Store not working

    The Store didn't work for me properly the other day - I could select something from the tiles, but whenever selected the '...' image it reported there was a problem

    Same problem. For me it wants an update when it was already updated and now it won't let me access it

    Store not working

    Try a hard reset and then see if it works afterward.

    Hard reset: hold down power button on console (while on) until it turns off. About 10 seconds or less. Then reboot like normal. You should see the green logo screen. Store not working :)

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

    Be sure the app store is up to date. If everything is updated, try to perform a

    power cycle    .

    Store not working

    Check Xbox Live Status and see If it's working, check If it's happening only on your profile

    Mines is exactly the same. It keeps telling me the app is out of date and needs updated. My console is fully updated. This is a pain in the backside and I hope it gets fixed SOON!!!
