Store not up to date?

I got Error code 0x800700d8 with The Check for an update or uninstall the app the version you have is out of date. message for the Xbox store. I have checked system to see if there was an update, i have tried a hard shut down and start up opening through
different means, i have checked my network all have not worked.

Avatar items not showing up in Avatar Store

So today i was planning on buying some of the avatar items from the Rocky series and when i checked the Avatar store there was no "Rocky" section. I was wondering if they were removed from the store, because i had some of the avatar items for my old account
and I was wondering if they are completely gone, or if you could buy them separately

 

Rock Band 4 DLC export - some recently bought DLC on Xbox 360 Rock Band 3 is not showing as purchased on Xbox One.

Same issue here. Some songs showed up in Rock Band 4, others did not. They show up in the Xbox Store, and I can download them through the store, but they do not show up in the Rock Band store. Only available as purchase.

The Xbox store shows that I have bought them (search, addons for Rock Band on Xbox One), the Xbox store allows me to install them, Rock Band 4 doesn't recognize them.

 

0x800700d8 - same error as you and impossible to uninstall that app!

I asked my son to open his on his xbone and it worked for him but I just get the error.

 

An update has appeared in my queue, but installation stops at exactly 140.77MB of 142.19MB... so close yet so far! It’s deiving me crazy... I have tried installing it lots of times with the same result. Can’t uninstall it either.

 

so now there's an update that won't download, it just stops and gives a new error code 0x80073cf3. When you look this one up it says to uninstall so you can install the update but the problem is is there is no store app.
