    Store not loading; error reporting no longer supported BETA RING


    When I try to go to the Store, only the menu on the side of the screen loads. Sometimes I can go over the one of the tiles, but nothing shows and I can’t click on it.

    I tried to “Report a Problem” through the guide button, but I’m told that it isn’t supported any more and to download the Xbox Insiders Bundle.

    I get taken to the store and when I click the “Get free” button, I’m told I already own it and to go to my Library.

    I go to My Games and Apps and click on the Xbox Insiders Hub (Legacy) which is the only Insiders App I have.

    I then get a screen with a weird Octopus in a spacesuit or something and I’m told that app is no longer supported. I’m then sent back to the store to download the Insiders Bundle again.

    Rinse and repeat. And the store still won’t load on the main pages.

    Are you able to confirm that the fix is working or not in the "BETA Insider ring?" If your device is enrolled in the Insider Program how do you get into this BETA?

    Seems there an issue with the latest update are your part of the beta program?

    if still no luck i would ring Xbox support

    No, I am not in the beta. I am not getting an error codes. Basically as the panes load, it seems to take the slightest bit longer to load the 'games' one (probably because its usually off screen), and I guess there are only 4 panes versus the usual 5.
