Store keeps telling to to sign in

Now for the purchase error, would you please test if you can buy something on the store using a different device like your computer or mobile? Also, try to remove your current payment method and add it again to your account.

If possible, try to purchase the game or app you want from the store using your computer or mobile. Try both on the store website and the store desktop app.

If you receive this error on your console but not on the website, maybe it is just a sync issue and removing and re-adding your account to it may solve the problem.

If you receive this error trying to purchase games on the store website too, then it is an account issue and it will happen on any console.

Would it do this still if I buy a new console?
