    Store Keeps Crashing and Pins Won't Load


    So basically this started yesterday. Every time I load the store app on the Xbox one, it immediately crashes. I mean loading the store for anything, as soon as I see the shopping bag Microsoft logo, it cuts to black and sends me back to my home screen. I
    also noticed my pins won't load. Just to add to the known info, I am a part of the preview program, I have power cycled my Xbox multiple times, and I have cleared the "cache" located in the Blu-Ray setting. My question is if anyone knows a work around for
    this. Usually with a little Internet research I can find someone else who had/has the issue to find a way to fix it or know I'm not alone and a fix is on the way. I can't find a thing. Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Uh, no...That's not what I meant. I tried to click "Pin to Home", but it keeps loading too long and WON'T pin to home no matter what.

    Did you pin it to your home screen? If so, pre-loading and pinning the game will cause what you describe to happen.

    Un-pin the game, then find the basic game in the Store (even if you bought the deluxe version find the basic version) and select PLAY (don't try pinning it again yet) and see if the game loads.

    thanks I have had this problem since update , thorught it was problems on my end (as my virgin media box was playing up at the time ) it's now fixed and now I am happy
