    Hi BadderJahvinE!

    Does the freezing happen with other games or just this one? Do you experience the same issue if you play the game after you take your Xbox One console offline? Additionally, here are some other things you can try:

    • Power Cycle your Xbox One

    •
    Uninstall the game    , power cycle, then reinstall

    •
    Factory reset     your Xbox One while keeping your games and apps

    Please try and work through all those one by one. Keep us updated on how it goes!

    Having the same issue on Minecraft. Any time I click on a texture/skin/mash-up pack the game makes a humming sound and then freezes and kicks you out of the game to the Xbox One home screen.
