Store/gold games

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to download the Games with Gold [GwG].

Are you experiencing difficulties attempting to claim these games from any other platform? I would encourage you to attempt to

report this problem so that the developers can find a fix post haste.

Gold is needed to play multi-player games, but it is not needed to actually download the games themselves. The games that don't require gold are very few and far between. Like my colleagues have mentioned already there is no filter in the store to find
those games. The listings in the store used to say if you required gold or not, but that seems now to have vanished.

Also on Xboxx im able to play games that require gold, but when I go to the gold store to check out the free games it doesnt say I have Gold

Status Gold is active! Multiplayer works. Discounts in the store no, games on gold do not work says buy gold. Resetting to factory settings did not help.
