Store error, bought for a promo thing before it was working correctly.

About 12 days ago bought the Attack On Titan game while a promotion on the store said buy it and get season 1 of the show for free, but the promo did not link to the correct thing yet, but i found and bought the game. I talked to support for like an hour
about not getting the show for this and they asked for screenshots which I provided and said I should get it but need to post here for help with it. Which got nothing but a "code should arrive in 7-10 days, bye" and it hasn't thanks. Getting what I thought
I paid for would be nice, please.

Missing Xbox One Upgrade Promo Code

Received an offer for a $100 promo credit on my 360 dashboard, bought an Xbox One and activated it before 11:59pm on July 31st, but have not received my promo code message. Please help.

AW Season pass not working

On Xbox store only shows I have purchased havoc nothing else which I did it was the first purchase I made then bought the season pass after it was on sale. Maybe that's why it's not working correctly?

Can you please provide us with the screenshots so we can take a closer look? Generally these need to be purchased through the specific ad. Did you purchase it through the ad or were you seeing errors so you found an alternative means to purchase?

I only have one picture of the ad that I can't figure out how to attach here. It simply stated buy The game and get season 1 of the show FREE, I clicked on it to do so but at the time it led to the wrong screen, a sale on devil may cry, not where I could
buy the game, so I bought it another way, namely searching it and buying it off the xbox store. The store promotional link correctly linked to the game shortly later, obviously I didn't know I have to wait until it works properly to buy it and get the deal.

 

TThis promotion has passed and I have no way of taking screenshots as I did when I thought I settled this after dealing with support before, which said to post here, then I did, was told it should just send a code in up to 10 days so I waited, no code because
that wasn't the problem... so now I'm trying again to get this fixed. It's like 30$ of stuff I didn't get because the store promotion link wasn't right.

If you click on the Image icon right above the reply box after you start a reply, you should be able to attach it through that. Another option would be to use a service like OneDrive to store the file and then use the share link to share the picture.

I actually just got the code today. But apparently its season 1, PART 1, they split it into two. The promotion just said season 1 so I thought it would be both. That kinda sucks but I don't see that being changed so thanks.
