Store/Download Card Games

It says a different thing every time I try to download, but in EVERY case it says for both MS Solitaire and Klondike Solitaire "You own this app and can install it". When I click Install it shows dots moving across top of screen as if it is doing something,
and then I get an error message as described above (no device, too slow connection or oops we have a problem on our end, try again -- with same results). Thanks for trying.

I worked for Disney World in FL for a summer some years back. One thing i remember about it was this about Customer Service: the Customer speaks to the same Cast Member (employee) after they report a problem. The Customer is NOT referred around in circles
to other Cast Members or resources. If I don't have the answer to a Customer issue, I ask my manager. If the manager gives me the answer, I report back to the Customer, not the manager. If the manager does not know the answer, the manager goes up the food
chain to get the answer. Example: Customer wanted DILL pickles on his hamburger; we only had a sweet variety called bread and butter pickles, popular in the South. Manager said we did not have dill pickles at our food court, but he would check with other
managers of restaurants and other food courts on the property. He came back to me a few minutes after, and I got to tell the customer that there were NO dill pickles available on the entire Disney property, but that someone could go offsite to get some if
the customer wanted to wait. The customer declined, but you see the point, I hope. A handoff for me to look further is most definitely not appreciated. But hey! Thanks for taking the time to answer with a non-answer. This is a JUMBO pet peeve of MS for me
