    Has anyone heard anything about the store being down lately?

    The VIP Pass application on xbox live is working ok, but they don't give any options for importing songs. I have a new GH:5 and Band Hero Unique ID, but no way to import them into WOR, since the store seems to be down again.

    Thank you for contacting Forum support.

    Can you please specify what error code you are receiving with that message.

    Is this console an Xbox one or Xbox 360.

    What type of network is this running off of? (Wired/Wireless)

    Have you tried to reset the router and modem?

    (Go to network settings and select "Go Offline" then reset router and modem for 2-5mins while console is also turned off)

    Please clarify a bit.

    As per the service agreement we accept when we agree to at the beginning of our accounts it is stated that Microsoft isn't liable for any disruption. We are working on getting everything up and running.
