    Store doesnt work


    The Market place (Irl Money Store) doesnt work in game, me and my friends have been trying to buy some DLC but it wont load up the store cause of some bug and the makers of the game need to fix it we have redownloaded, cleared cache to the game powered off
    and unplugged our consoles and turned them back on but it still does not work! Please help me figure this out or fix this bug! (It hasnt been working for over 3-4 months)

    Store doesnt work. Troubleshooted and still nothing. Online support didn't help

    I got this error tonight, had tried everything the last hour. Nothing helps. If i look at the status page everything seems fine. Store doesnt work :(

    you should do a power cycle which means holding the power button for 30 seconds and then go to the store to see if it works.

    Have you checked to make sure the store app doesn't need an update? Alternatively you could just go to the Xbox.com website and make the purchase that way.
