Store doesn't work after update 18 march 2021

Since then I have not been here. Sorry. For me Store rose up in next day after 18 march.

So if you didn't change any settings in your router/firewall (when Store has fallen) try to "complete shutdown" with unplugging from electricity, then (if it didn't help) reset xbox to defaults (without deleting games).

Unfortunately that's all we can do from user's side.

One month have passed and we still have the problem...

After Microsoft Store App's update it doen't work. Everything else works (log in to xbox live, multiplayer games, in-app purchaces, downloading games from library). Everything is working except Microsoft store App.

P.S: In my pc (in the same LAN) Microsoft Store is working.

Please help.

I think it's a problem with the xbox, because it doesn't work for me either,just wait a little bit

I got my Headset / adapter on the 2/26/2014, from MS store. An after March 5, console update, and updating my controller. everything is working fine, great sound to the headset. Support is telling you March 7, because the MS Store, stop shipping them until
March 7, because of the update for the controller was not out. If your console is updated, with March 5 update, then you have the controller update too.

The refund policy doesn't refer to the calender year. It's not too many refunds in 2022, it's too many refunds since March 2021. It's rolling year that they count.
