Store doesn't say I own Star Wars battlefront 2 deluxe edition

For some reason the Microsoft store says I only own the normal edition of star wars battlefront 2. I specifically remember re-ordering the DELUXE edition, and it says I have to pay for the deluxe edition. What do I do? Do I still get to play early on the
14th? HELP!

Pre-Order Punchcard Not Working

I pre-ordered Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus (Digital Deluxe Edition), Call of Duty: World War 2 (Digital Deluxe Edition), and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition) all on October 14th. I still have not received my 15,000 reward credits.
Please help.

I pre-ordered wwe 2k18 deluxe edition and Star Wars Battlefront 2 Elite trooper deluxe edition and on the punch card for the 15,000 credits I did not receive any credit.

I have the same issue too.

My order history shows the purchase of the Elite Trooper Deluxe edition (Gamertag , order reference 9195203318).

In the store on my Xbox it shows Pre-Order under the Elite Trooper Deluxe edition page (instead of owned).

I have downloaded the game itself, but it doesn't seem to recognise my purchase so I'm concerned I won't get the early access on the 14th.

 

i also have the same problem but for me it is no longer in my order history now i bought this for my birthday and im very mad plz fix this

 

I contacted Xbox Support today and they said it should be no problem on the release date and that my purchase was successful, however it wasn't listed in my 'games' list. They said all the bonuses and content will work fine and that it's just something with
the Store that doesn't work. You should't be afraid of not getting the game, you just can't use your bonuses yet, onfortunately.
