Store doesn't load ingame

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. In regard to the in-game store not showing up, or rather showing up darkened, making it difficult for you to make purchases in-game, can you please let us know if this is only in one game, or multiple
games? Which game or games does this happen in relation to? Have you contacted the support for the game itself? How are you connected to the internet: wired or wireless? Are you getting any error messages or codes when this happens? Please provide us with
a bit more detail so that we can tailor our support more specifically to this issue.

That didn't work as well. I tried it multiple times, and checked on a friends account, with the same outcome.

I tried it on Fortnite and Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered with the same thing happening, but on Fortnite I get an error message unlike Call of Duty. The message in Fortnite says:

"We hit a roadblock"

"We've encountered a critical error with your purchase. Our team has been dispatched to resolve the issue. We will confirm when your purchase has been completed!"

I am having this issue on wired and wireless connection. I haven't contacted the game support because I doubt that it is a game issue since it happens on multiple titles

Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is with the in-game stores themselves since the Microsoft Store app works normally on the console. Not only that, but you've already factory reset the Xbox. This issue is on the developer server side when
the game tries to open the Microsoft Store from within the game, a bug causes that error.

To make sure it's not a power supply issue, go ahead and do a
hard restart and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console
for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

After that, I recommend re-installing the games that are having this issue and if you continue to have the error, then you will need to contact the developers to report the issue. You can always purchase what you want by simply opening the Microsoft
Store app and searching for the content.
