Store continues to fail out when trying to make multi-payment purchases

im trying to buy monthly live with my credit card i know it just keeps coming up with error try again if error keeps persisiting see error code and ive tried the code and havent got a answer

I used credit from my account and finished with a credit card just the other day. Even though I see no service alerts up right now. There may be a glitch in its system. Try back later it should work.
