    Hi this is the problem:

    i was watching at the elder scrolls online page on the store and i click for saw if it was possible to bought by the way the store crash and AUTOMATICALLY bought a bundle of the game ... without my consent and i don't thnk this si legal.I want my money back
    .please don't skip my request.

    Redeemed backward game does not start on Xbox One, error 0x803f800b ...renew membership...

    Please, is there anyone who can help me? Now more than 2 weeks later, I can confirm that I spoke with the support like 8 times, and trhere is no soulution ,compensation/refound yet. They dont care about it. They know about the problem but they are not helping to the customers who loosing money...

    Xbox iOS app crashes on startup

    How do get a refund for Forza Horizon 4 on PC?

    • Sign into your Microsoft account on Xbox.com.
    • Click on your gamertag in the top right.
    • Click on My Account in the drop down menu.
    • On the top bar look for Payment & Billing.
    • The hit Order History from the drop down.
    • Finally, find Forza Horizon 4 and hit Request a Refund.

    So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

    Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.
