Store browsing and other stuff.

Hello.

Not sure if I've posted this in the correct area, apologies if not.

I only just recently purchased an Xbox One and have come to the realisation that a few simple key features seem to have been overlooked or just not included for no obvious reason.

Obviously the backwards compatibility thing is the first annoyance but even more astonishing for me, the simplest of things missing is an A to Z browsing of available games in the Store. It's great that numerous top whatever lists are there but with no option
to simply view all available games like on the 360, it seems like a real silly thing to leave out and results in having to Bing for specific titles, which is time consuming and unnecessary.

The other thing I'm disappointed with, as is a helluva load of other users, is the lack of an ability to store/rip your own music to the hard drive and put your own soundtrack to a game. That was one of the most appealing features to the 360 and it's predecessor
so not to include it on the "next gen, better console" seems a bit backwards. Yes, the games look better, but the system still has a long way to go to reach the heights of how good the 360 is/was.

Oh, and it's probably just me but I can't find a way to send voice messages either.

So is there any plans or updates on the way that'll be implenting any of the above? If not, why not!?!

C'mon Xbox, you're better than this.

Gamerscore and Other Stuff

Ok so about a year ago my account was taken and then they did some type of gamerscore glitch. The next day i signed in and it said it had to be recovered (I was lucky enough that the guy didn't change the password) and i had like 50,000g and i was like????????
At first i was like ehh i got my account back and then a few weeks my gamerscore was reset and my zone was set to cheater. And also i bunch of random games were added to my profile... and then i tried to delete them because they had 0g and they just kept reappearing.
Anyway i could delete those unnecessary games and change the zone back to normal.

You can store music/ video/ photos on external HDD or usb stick as long as you have no games stored on them. There are new files supported in next update.

Voice messaging is not supported yet.

Not sure about the A to Z though.
