Store and Pins problem

For 1 week now i cannot access the store and my pins are unavailable. I can click anythimg which leads to the store 100 times and nothing changes but i can click a game and it loads straight away which shows the issue is the store. I have never had this
problem before, i have tried hard reset, resetting internet, unplugging power pack nothing seems to work....help?

Same problem here. My xbox 1 pins wont work it says like pins aren't avible and no store either. But your can access store by saying "Xbox go to store" But i recommend not buying anything till problem is full solved because don't wanna buy something and
it wont work.

 

Pinning problem

Hi everyone I am new to the Xbox family. First off there seems to be bugs on pinning. You see I have multiple seasons of South Park and on one season I only have 2 episodes. I pinned the season wit2 episodes twice. Now if I pin season 17 and 8, which I own completely, and if I click on 14 where I only own 2 episodes it takes me there. But if I click on 17 it takes me to 14. 8 is fine. Also my favorites disappear unless they are pinned. One more thing, when will we be able to use a keyboard on XB 1? Thanks for any help!

Sorry to hear about that. Since you've already power cycled your console, the next thing I would recommend trying is >>removing your
Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console<< and power cycling again. If that doesn't work, the next step to try is >>factory resetting<<
your console.

Give those a shot and let us know how it goes.
