    A few months back I tried to play 2K22 but when I launched the game it crashed and vanished from my games list, I'm not sure if this is the issue but It seems that the storage from that game hasn't been deleted from my Xbox. I counted all the games and it equals 800GB of storage, but my Xbox says it only has 12.8GB left of 1TB, surely the apps and system shouldn't equal 200GB of storage. Where is the extra storage if there is some hiding?

    Hi there,

    can you check the troubleshooting steps here:
    support.xbox.com/.../hard-drive

    If this is a 4Gb console version, there should be at least a storage device.

    Yes, you may use two pen drives.

    No, there is no external HDD available. You can use the pen drives in any console but DRM restrictions will apply.

    You can try clearing the update from the console and try re-downloading it. With the console powered off, hold the controller sync button (small round button on the original console near the MU ports, or the IR window on the 360 S next to the front USB trap
    door). Power up the console while continuing to hold the sync button and keep holding it until you get to the login screen. See if that resolves the issue.
