    Storage Suggestion-Xbox Needs This!


    Xbox should offer paid cloud storage, tacked on to the Ultimate Pass price, so you don’t have to buy and external drive! Would allow people to download access to more games, without need an external storage, and make Microsoft more money through monthly subscriptions (like apple cloud storage).

    Using a portable HDD

    The portable HDD will not work on/with your XBox, you must use a Official Xbox HDD.

    If you need additional memory space, I suggest:

    If you have one person with a gold subscription on the Xbox One, everyone has it if you make it your home xbox.

    Games and discs won't load.

    The first step I would suggest is a power cycle of the console:

    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    You may also want to try clearing the Persistent Storage. Go to Settings>Disc & BluRay> Clear Persistent Storage

    Let us know how you get on with these steps and if need be further suggestions can be made.

    My game will NOT download it keeps saying "installation stopped"!

    Previously I have run into this issue when my XBox is out of storage space, I would suggest checking how much free space you have and delete some games if needed to make room.
