Storage on my microsoft account

My Xbox storage not letting me up date Microsoft for Windows 10 and my Xbox wire don't let me do anything on my Xbox can't sing into my Microsoft account because of it won't let me update Windows 10 will not let me download window keep saying that Xbox
storage don't support download

The Legendary Edition says it has down loaded. My account shows it in my games and as previously purchased but it gives me nothing but an error message and does not show in my storage area. Microsoft?

We each have our own separate gold accounts, which is why it confused us to see that accessing the cloud storage shows the exact same amount of storage space, with the exact same amount of used storage - and here's the clincher: MY saved games appearing
in the storage, whether I'm logged in to my account, or she's logged in to her account.

Profile moved using a portable storage device If you move your Xbox Live profile to a USB flash drive or memory unit, you will
always be prompted for your Microsoft account password when you sign in to your profile (on the portable storage device). Previous versions of the console software did not require your Microsoft account. This password requirement can’t be changed and is meant
to protect the security of your account, in case the storage device is lost or stolen. Keep us updated.

Solution-1

Try one or more of the following solutions.

Clear the system cache

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

Select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Solution-2

Re-download your profile

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Select Download Profile.

Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.

Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your Microsoft account or password. -

Note “Microsoft account” is the new name for what used to be called “Windows Live ID”. It’s the email address and password you use to sign in to Microsoft services (including Xbox Live). Find out more.

Enter your Microsoft account password.

Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information is required to download the profile.

Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile has downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign in to your profile.

Reset your Xbox 360 console

To reset your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:

Press the Guide button, and then select Turn Off Console.

Turn on your Xbox 360 console.

Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, you can turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller.
