    I'm trying to download DD: Dark Arisen for my xbox 360 but every time i start the download it tells me that my device is full even though im using a brand new 32 gb flash drive with 1 game on it ( FF13 ) and its only 13 gb.

    i have the new xbox 360 and when i try to play burnout paradise it wants you to get the update for online so i download it and when i go to play it it says the update is not on you harddrive please move it to your hardive but i downladed it to my hardrive
    and once this message comes up it frezzes my xbox please help

    I turn the cloud devices on and now whenever i go to storage it wont load its just a white screen, and when I click the guide button it goes in slow motion. Any help?

    Hey there CaptiveSix555,

    When you check in the manage storage section on the console does it appear to show the same amount of storage? It looks like the game will require 7.79GB for storage on the Flash Drive, plus another 1.41GB for the HD Texture Pack if you wish to install that
    as well.

    Hey Arab, it may be that you currently have a corrupted save file for that game. Can you try using a free account, and see what happens when you try and save using that profile in the game?

    Are either of your Storage areas full? I suggest having at least 512MB of memory on each storage device. If you do have 512MB of storage available I think the console needs service
