Discus and support storage device and controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Whenever my controller disconnects (wired) my storage device disconnects aswell meaning it’ll log me out of games that i am playing.     Whenever my controller disconnects (wired) my storage device disconnects aswell meaning it’ll log me out of games that i am playing. Any help or feedback would be amazing thank you

    Hello mvxcz, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    Is this on Xbox or PC? If it's on PC try making sure the PC and controller are fully updated then restart to see if that fixes the issue. Also try a different USB port for both devices to see if that's the issue.

    Original Xbox games won't run on my Xbox 360

    Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    2.Select Storage Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press Y on your controller for Device Options.

    Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.

    Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes
