Stopping Xbox apps from displaying ALL PC games running on PC in my profile

When I first upgraded to Windows 11, the Xbox app and/or Game Bar popped up and asked me if I wanted to display all the PC games I was playing, even if they aren't Xbox games. I clicked yes, went on my merry way, and then realized everyone will be able to see ANY game played on the PC. Realizing that there were going to be times I didn't want this, I went into Settings looking for the checkbox that turns off that question I was asked about the PC games.

Alas, there *is* no checkbox, and no way to turn it off at all once you say yes that I could find.

I've had some suggestions such as changing my profile privacy settings, but this isn't an issue with that. It's an issue with an ON switch without a related OFF switch.

If I'm missing something, please point me to where I can change this setting (I wasn't successful finding it in the Registry but it could be there). And if not, please consider adding a checkbox to the settings that allows us to toggle this feature ON and OFF!

Just to confirm if we are on the same page, is the profile you are referring to is the Xbox Profile? Or the one under My games on Xbox app for PC?

Have you tried checking this link - Xbox | Privacy? Please check under Privacy tab > Others can: kindly block all the things you don't want to share to anyone.

Have you had any luck with this yet? I am having the same issue. No matter what I try, I am unable to stream from the PC to my Xbox One using the wireless display app on the Xbox One. When I run the check on my PC running Windows 10, it states "Miracast:
Available, with HDCP" but it just will not work.

You can download the Xbox App from a Mobile Device.
Sign in the Xbox App with the same account.
Link the Xbox Mobile App with the console/PC.
You can access Games/Updates from the Xbox Mobile App, you may find games that are not displaying on the PC/Console.
Download remotely from Mobile Device to Console/PC.

No, it's not the game streaming that's not working. I've never had an issue streaming with the Xbox app on PC. It's the new Wireless Display app on Xbox One that I'm having the issue with. My PC just will not connect to it.
