Stopping installation

So we got the xbox one, gears of war 4 edition, for our son xmas 2016...just now getting around to downloading and installing the game gears of war 4 itself. We are 91.5% complete, but now every time we try to wrap it up, it comes up saying "installation
stopped"

There are 2 other games that have been in the queue to be installed that have been paused, and sometimes it jumps to the next and starts installing it after it stops the gow4.

We have crap internet...strictly mobile hotspots, so really not trying to delete the progress and start over

Any suggestions?

Try a hard reset then, then go to setting and install updates before trying to install the game again?!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Tried it, and it currently says ready to start...like before...still at 91.5% and other than giving me the option to pause the installation, it isn't showing it downloading anything. It has been 5minutes so far and still nothing...hasnt shown installation
stopped either...yet.

 

Hooked the wifes hotspot up on it and it's trying now, but the GOW4 icon keeps flickering.. it did it once in a while before, now its every few seconds
