    Stopping automatic renewal of Xbox Gold


    According to the instructions I should go to here and just turn it off:

    Xbox Live Gold kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE

    but there is no stop automatic renewal option on the screen that is presented to me, just a "Get More Gold" option.

    Please Help.

    This is the message I get when I attempt to turn of auto renewal

    You Currently Have: Xbox LIVE Gold: Gold – 1 Month Renews:4/3/2012
    Automatic renewal: ON OFF
    An error occured cancelling automatic renewal.
