Stopped Working

the game Microsoft Solitaire Collection was working fine back on January 6,2015 and it stopped working period yesterday or it would flash . it would load then it would send me back to my desktop....not running at all today. thanks; any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Having the same log in problem. All I get is the splash screen that says "Microsoft Mahjong" and then nothing happens. This started after a windows update, not the upgrade to 8.1. I have tried to update the Mahjong app but it still doesn't work.

So resetting the devices fixed it, and then it stopped working after awhile? Did anything change between when you reset and when it stopped working?

 

This happened to me. X box tech told me to do this and it worked. Uninstall Microsoft Solitaire and restart. From start page type run and click the run icon that comes up. Then in dialogue box type wsresetexe This will reset your Windows store then install
the game again to be sure you are getting the latest version. After all that, restart again. This was for my Surface tablet but it should work on any windows system. Hope so.

 

Mine stopped working on the 15th.

 

This problem began January 15, 2015. Every time I try to play ANY of my games, it says "Unable to access Xbox server. Check to see if you have access to the internet and try again." I have NO trouble getting to the internet. I went to the Xbox internet
site and clicked on store, and went to My Apps. It shows me all the games I have downloaded, but when I click on them, it just shows example screens, but does not load the games for me to play.
