    STOPPED UPDATE


    I played the black ops 3 the past year whit my friends but I unistall it now I want to play it again whit my friend again but every time y trie to install it it appears "stopped update" y already tried turning off the xbox, to restart it but nothing PLEASE
    HELP ME I WANT TO PLAY WHIT MY FREINDS

    STOPPED UPDATE

    Hey there AromaticTripod5!

    To start out, which Xbox console are you having this trouble with? If this is on your Xbox One, try removing the game entirely, power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then power it back on. Once your Xbox One is back on, try installing
    the game again to see if that helps STOPPED UPDATE :)

    Sorry to hear/read your update is stopping a certain percentage what game is struggling to update?. Have you tried reinstalling the game in question?

    I agree with the other replies. You should try and clear ur mac, power cycle etc. If you run into any isse you can look at troubleshooting.

    Hi

    Can you confirm if you are in the Insider program (formerly preview program) as this may be the reason you are receiving multiple console update in a short space of time. If you are in the insider program then it should be possible to move your console to
    a different insider tier that receives less updates or unenrol from the program altogether.
    Aah yes, you could be right. That’s probably why I also get asked to give feedback too....

    Hey there Sky!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this difficulty trying to install your update.

    I split your post from the thread that it on so that we could make sure that your issue gets the attention it deserves.

    I would say that if you have not already, to try the steps outlined in Troubleshoot Game or App installation problems on Xbox One.

    When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.
