stopped downloading

Discus and support stopped downloading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was downloading Forza 6 apex for a few days. It was going great, until it stopped downloading.     I was downloading Forza 6 apex for a few days. It was going great, until it stopped downloading. It still shows starting download, but nothing happens. Because of this, the Windows Storeis jammed up right now. Please fix this.

    Games and Updates won't install

    Update: Fortnite Battle Royale was downloading from 1:04pm to 1:09pm, stopped and then began downloading again at 1:11pm and stopped a minute later at 3.0%

    Installation Stopped

    I'm downloading Fortnite Battle Royale again because I accidentally uninstalled it, anyway I'm downloading the game and stopped at 67.4% and said installation stopped and then proceeded to download another game that I was downloading. What is the fix?

    When you reset everything and unplugged the unit, did you unplug the power cable from the back of the console? Doing this for about 15 minutes will clear the cache on the unit. (NOTE: The power cord MUST be removed from the back of the console for this to
    work.)

    Give that a try and see what happens.

    Okay i will try that in the morning on my external hard drive and see whag happens. I may also try downloading the game on my partners xbox and see what happens.

    I have downloaded another game from game pass of 30 gbs earlier today and that had no problem downloading at all.
