The content in Destiny was purposely broken up into pieces to milk more money out of its gamers and to make the game last longer.

Things such as " Unlockables " have become a thing of the past as developers can make extra money by making gamers pay for them.

I am glad that developers still put a ton of content and unlockables in their base fully priced games. However, I have a feeling that a lot more developers will choose the " putting a price tag " on everything business model in the future

I totally agree with you OP, bottom line is this, DO YOU WANT MY MONEY OR NOT, I will not abide by hilding products hostage unless you buy more then you need. God gaming is so *** I dont know how much more I can take.

Has anyone here seen the amount of pre-release DLC for the new Gears of War Ultimate Edition? It's astounding how much there is - and the game's not even out yet! You can go to the Xbox Store and look at it right now.

Blue that's awesome. There are quite a few games I've looked at buying but I couldn't unless I bought the bundle. Uurrgghh.

Activision don't give a crap, they aren't happy unless they're milking gamers. You only have to look at the same COD annually recycled, with the same recycled maps.

And before someone says it, I know it's not just Activision that are guilty of it.

Bundling options are fun... I like to wave at them as I pass by and spend my $ on an offering from competitors.
