how to cancel my subscription on minecraft while my account get blocked from microsoft

my account got blocked but i must pay my subscription on minecraft for every month

Since this is about Minecraft subscription cancellation, please contact them directly by submitting a ticket through this link here https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new.

In case they couldn't cancel it from their end due to the state of your account, please contact your bank instead to dispute the charge and block future payments.

I'm afraid the only way to stop an account automatically signing into Live if there is a connection present is to block access with the parental controls.

However if you have your account set to automatically log-in while the parental block is on, you will not get the Live is Blocked message. However of course you will have to remember to turn the controls off each time you want to connect to Live, then on again
when you have finished playing.
