Stop PROGRESSING, get back to the BASICS!

I have seen a lot of posts recently about the network being down. I'm not one to usually rant and scream and yell at them to fix their $h!t, but I DO see a problem with what Microsoft wants to call 'progress'. What used to be very simple has now become very
complicated. A simply gaming system that played games how now evolved from a simple game to multiplayer, to mass chat parties and now we basically have Xbox/Netflix/Skype/Facebook/etc etc on a system that was about just games. In trying to make 'progressive
updates' all they have done is just complicate the system to the point we are having service issues on a DAILY BASIS!!!! They real issues is Microsoft trying to incorporate too many 'features' into one machine. It's all bells and whistles and we have lost
the core of the xbox. They need to take away a lot of these excess $h!t and focus on the core system issues.

They also need to show value in their longterm customers (i'm talking more than just 5 years), and actually worry more about cater to the tenured customers rather than appeasing the younger squealers who cry whenever they become 'insulted' while playing
MATURE RATED GAMES THEY SHOULDN'T BE ON IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!! (ahem) Seriously they need to re-evaluate what and who their priorities are. They are losing a good bit of their fan base and are raising a generation of gamers who will just accept the spoon
fed garbage that the developers are spewing out rather than being informed about what games SHOULD BE! Rather than trying to push out games based on time sensitivity, they need to FINISH/FIX THEIR GAMES BEFORE LAUNCH!!!!! Real gamers will wait for the game
to be DONE! Casual gamers (I'm looking at you six year olds that come into my store) are whining about when the game is coming out rather than the quality of the product they are coveting. Note the above complaint about squeakers on M rated games.

Back to origins: Microsoft needs to go back and focus on the KEY ELEMENTS of what made Xbox great. Stop with the bells and whistles, it's just causing more issues on YOUR END! It affects US and therefore by inhibiting our ability to enjoy YOUR PRODUCT, YOU
are breaking your own code of conduct (Section 1.9 to be precise).

Anyone else think Cod needs to stop making games?

They need stop running that MW2 plat as its to easy to hack and go back to the basics or ATV should get real and run a unreal engine and get a bot that catches hackers like counter strike

 

MW3 back to basics?

It appears that this installment of the series is looking to become the true predecessor to COD 4, encapsulating the core ideas that made this franchise so beloved.
