Stop payment on a free game

Good evening, How do you stop a payment for the "Gear of Wars, Unlimited Edition". I was trying to put in the code for the free game but instead purchased the game.

Can't download Halo 3

Same here, I can't download it also because it suggests I've "No Payment methods on file" - Indeed I don't I removed them to stop my account getting ripped off. Quite why I should need them to download a *free* game either is ridiculous.

Sort it out MS...

Disputing charges?

Always attempt to resolve with the merchant before issuing a dispute or stop payment with your bank.

If you were trying to redeem a code you do know those are two completely separate screens right?

You don't buy a game with a code you only redeem codes for a game

I would call the support line and let them know that the free month stopped. 1-800-4 myxbox. Just know that you will be charged for both accounts once the free month is over and your subscription is due for payment.
