Stop Elite Series 2 controller's left stick movement from disabling right mouse click

According to information obtained internally from the Microsoft forum where a user presented a problem similar to yours, he commented that the solution that helped him was that he had to blow into the spaces around the left analog stick that maybe had dust blocking the sensors or something So.

Using the circle test at the gamepad test site, I noticed that my left stick had a dead zone when reaching the ascending parts of the rotation (it would stay light green in those parts). After trying your technique, there were no dice, but then I decided to blow it out with a feather duster and that solved it! The tester recorded full rotations and no deflection upon release.

What device are you playing on? I'd recommend testing some other games.

You can remap the controller in the Xbox Accessories app for PC or Xbox.

That is not the solution and you misunderstood the issue. By design the controller disables the right mouse click when you move. I think the solution is remapping the controller but I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

Extraction 6 is the game but I don't believe the game is the issue.

The game allows scope aiming using the left bumper while moving, but it doesn't allow scope aiming with the right mouse button while moving.

I bet if I map that left bumper to the right mouse click it will solve it.

What device are you playing on? Is this issue persistent in multiple games? As far as I'm aware the controller has no functionality to disable inputs from other peripherals, but some games will only allow input from one method i.e controller or mouse and keyboard.
