stop charging my cc

I need you to STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD FOR EA ACCESS. I did not want a subscription. There is NO place for me to cancel this. This is predatory. You have charged me three months so far of service and i've only had access to the first 'FREE' month when
it was supposed to never charge me a dime only was advertised as a trial!!!!!!!! I have not been able to use the service even when the program has snuck on and paid itself for the previous month as its trying to do now THREE TIMES NOW. I HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS
TO THIS SERVICE NOR HAVE I WANTED IT!!! STOP CHARGING MY CARD AND CANCEL THE SERVICE!!!! I CAN FIND NOWHERE TO WRITE ANYONE, I CAN'T EVEN REPLY TO MICROSOFTS BILLING EMAIL TO ME, THIS HAS CHARGED ME 4 MONTHS AND I'VE NEVER HAD ACCESS AND CANNOT STOP IT IN
MY SERVICES BECAUSE ITS TRYING TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER MONTH!!!! CANCEL THIS PLEASE someone please contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUFRINSUCATASH

Help

So my boyfriends kids were staying at my house and i put my cc # in so that they could get a month suscription of xbox live.......now its 3 months later and i dont even know how to get a hold of them but it keeps charging me every month......how do i stop
this from happening?

I cannot change my auto-renewal to STOP, I get the following error: "An error occured cancelling automatic renewal."

I've tried three different browsers, all with the same. No 'ambassadors' online to help, no contact number to call. This is a bunch of fascist *** by Microsoft/XBOX Live to keep charging my CC.
