    I want to cancel my Xbox Gold subscription, but I can't, because I changed my security information so I have limited access for 30 days. I don't want you to keep billing my credit card.

    yh i guessed as much.

    the bank has already tired to stop it and they thought they had, but nope they just keep billing and billing and the bank cant seem to stop it.....

    Billing support wont stop emailing me

    I cancelled my direct debit before my account ran out and then i started using prepayed cards things and now i don't stop getting emails for interruption of service how is this even possible im no longer using debit cards its a prepayed card.

    I apologize but we may need to locate the Microsoft account where the susbcription is active and if there will be no option for us to do so, you may need to reach out to your bank.

    Hi Nathan,

    I eventually got through to a support member via the Chat platform who kindly assisted me to stop the recurring billing and gave me a refund for the months the account was not used.
