Stop banning people for custom gamerpics.

I have been banned for a custom gamerpic, no I don't care that you are going to tell me that enforcement doesn't read the forums. Enforcement can't be contacted unless you are banned for over a week, and enforcement will not contact you back under any circumstances.

This needs to stop, I know that Microsoft is capable of prescreening custom gamerpics. You simply need to send the user a message saying why the picture is being rejected rather than instanty banning the individual. I have seen people able to use images
of sex toys for gamerpics, I've seen cropped images of porn, but I can't use fully clothed characters for my gamerpic without the fear of being banned by your indiscriminate system. I say again this needs to stop, your going to drive your customers away. I
know for a fact that I will not purchase any additional Microsoft related products or services until this is fixed.

Unexceptable.

Inexcusable.

Undeniably.

Stupid.

Custom Gamerpic on Xbox One

Basically a couple of reasons for not allowing custom gamerpics on the Xbox One.

1: People will put up pornographic images

2: People will put up copyrighted pictures

There you go, that's basically the two reasons why we aren't allows to have custom gamerpics.

I was wondering on why people under 13 cant upload custom gamerpics could this possible be fixed so that all ages can make custom gamerpics?

Custom gamerpics must be in line with the code of conduct/Terms of Use just like your gamertag,bio etc.

If they aren't then you may receive enforcement action just like any other violation of the rules.

If you come across a custom gamerpic you think is against the rules then report it via your console.

Remembee the service is used internationally

And any report will be reviewed however when reported they will review

This can occur if a copyright holder complains

If you want to use copyrighted characters you must use official licensed gamerpictures from the marketplace

Violations of the terms of use can remove you from the insiders orogram
