STOP BANNING ME LEFT AND RIGHT!!

So i was temp banned for a week (last week ago) because someone told me to **** because he believes i have a modded controller when i use the MR6 pistol on BO3. My ban was lifted on 2/3/16 and right away i got another ban that ends on 2/18/16?!!??! Is it
possible for you guys to either stop banning me, tell me what i did wrong, lift the ban permanently, or reduce the 2 week ban to 24hr at least since its my 2nd ban and my 1st ban was a week long??? Gamertag is and i am almost about ready to give
up on Microsofts bs and go over to PS4 instead. Its unnecessary for the "Enforcement Team" to say that they review every complaint/report when they clearly just dont like me and stopped caring about the customers. I WAS TOLD TO **** AND I DEFENDED MYSELF ONLY
TO GET BANNED!! I will report [Mod Removed] to the police for cyber bullying and Microsoft will be put on the spot for favoring the bullying over the victim (ME). I advise you to lift my ban because I have done nother wrong in the past 24hrs
ever since my first ban has been lifted. I dont understand what your problem is with me but it has to stop right now! At this moment I am speaking how I feel about your bs "Enforcement". Instead of banning me you shouldve permanently banned the person who
told me to **** ([Mod Removed]) due to the strict bullying laws. Now if I for some reason ring this up to the Police, Microsoft might either be sued, fined, or the bully will be arrested. Also, i demand for one the Xbox "Enforcement" Employee
to private message me for the whole story because i dont feel i have to state literally everything about what happened...Lift my ban or the Police will be notified about the cyber bully...

The only place you can contact the enforcement team is at
enforcement.xbox.com

There you can file a case review for your suspension and read up on ways to report users who are harassing you on XBL.

I also apologize for this post but it is getting a little bit out of control with banning me. Also, there are no reasons on my emails for why i was banned except when i got banned, when it ends, and what ban i got.

 

You can get banned for any past action. Just because you did nothing wrong in that 24 hour period does not mean there was something that happened 2 months ago. Also whether the enforcement team lifts the suspension or not you should contact the police on
the cyber bullying. And who's to say the bully did not have actions taken on his account. You would not be notified on if that kid had any enforcement actions.

Not that I agree with how they run things, just explaining them. The enforcement team will not even read your post. They only work through enforcement.xbox.com.
