Stop Auto Renew from years ago!!

I had subscription for my son and canceled it 5+ years ago. I see now in my bank account I'm being charger $59.99. I don't recall the email I used back then and the console is gone. How do I get my records looked up, auto renew stopped, and a refund issued?

Request for a refund and it would be great to contact the official Xbox support to know what's going on exactly.

First you should change your account password as soon as possible.

You would need to contact xbox support support.xbox.com/contact-us and they can look up any account that has your credit/debit card currently attached to it and if they can at the very least remove the card from the account. That would then disable the
auto renew for the subscription.
