    Hello so a guy with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** gmail adress stole my account thats on gmail *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** that i still have access to i have photos of emails sent by microsoft when my security info was changed i need help. Stollen account :( I hope microsoft will reply soon

    Of course someone changed also the email.

    Eurogamer had an article about it that hackers had stollen some account this month.

    Also to clarify things never used any "cheap" MSP points and pc and other hardware is clean of any malware.

    Small chance to get an admin response and help from support now eh ?

    You're stuck until support reopens. When it does call and ask for an unauthorised access investigation to be opened.
