An IP address does not give an exact geographical location, so even knowing what it is would be quite useless. Your console may have already been sold on anyway, and the current user may not even know they're in possession of a stolen console.

Change your account password now as prevent its further use and contact law enforcement. As long as you still know your account email and password, any purchases you made on your account will be available to download again when you get a replacement machine.

So, I have a method, but how can I get my console's current IP address at least. Even with that, I can hash out a pretty good idea of the actual location, whereas the as-of-yet 'unknown' thief is definitely someone that I know.. I just need to know who played COD:Warzone on my account on 09/13/2021. Or UFC on 09/13/2021. If I could maybe decipher something from the save game data synced to my Xbox Gamer profile. There's always a record kept, every saved game, every store purchase, there's even screen captures and recordings that were saved. Any thoughts on how I might first acquire, then decompile any of this data for analysis and possible extraction of useful data. I plan to be extremely thorough, but how might I get a copy of my save game files? And wouldn't I be legally entitled to a copy of the store purchase data? I know Google will let you download all the dirty details they record with every purchase. Microsoft has to have something similar...
