Stolen Xbox Permanent Suspension

my xbox was stolen from my house before December the 19th (when my account was apparently banned) and I had got a new xbox and tried to sign in but I couldnt figure out my email. But I called support and was able to validate my account and myself as the
owner, and also the support agent, and he said 3 different xbox ones were signed into my account. The accounts gamertage is official narco, and I have the rest of the account info if needed.

And the sad fact is permanent suspension means PERMANENT SUSPENSION. No suspension is EVER overturned (unless your account was stolen and the thief got it banned, not you).

But you can create a new account. I'd suggest reading the rules you're agreeing to this time, it only takes 5 minutes.

 

Permanent suspension

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

Me and the support agent tried to file a case review but apparently somehow there was already a case review before. (after the xbox was stolen) and the decision was upheld, I have done nothing illegal like it said I was "cheating"? I have not done anything
but become a victim. I just want my account back.
