    Stolen Xbox One


    Several houses on our street were robbed 2 days ago. Among other things stolen from us was an Xbox One console, along with 2 controllers. I have no idea if this is the right place to post this, please redirect me if it isn't. I have been looking all over
    the place to find somewhere specific this should be reported and I have tried to contact support to no avail.

    We have a copy of the receipt and the serial number of the stolen console.

    The police have been little to no use. Whilst talking with a forensic officer, she told us a man had been arrested over the thefts, and we heard as much over her radio. The police station was later called up - no stolen goods have been recovered and apparently
    no arrests have been filed. Whether this is a paperwork issue or not we have no idea.

    If the support/enforcement or whomever it may concern can block the console from Xbox Live, making purchases or better yet, track it down by IP or anything, that would be excellent. Though at this point I have my doubts anything can be done about it.

    My Xbox One has been stolen. I have filed a police report and I was wondering if there is any information besides the serial number. my question is: is there a way for Microsoft to lock the stolen system out so it cant be used and possibly track the IP?

    My xbox one was stolen please help me locate it.

    Firstly, change your password and set up two-step authentication on your account, so they can't use your account (and money) to make further purchases. Secondly, having the console blocked from XBL or traced is a lengthy process, and may not achieve much
    if anything at all. It sucks, but the console may never be seen again.

    My mother just bought me a Xbox one for my high school graduation present 5 days ago and my console, kenect, and my GTA 5 was stolen!!!!! i'm so mad that I can't even cry!!! But my mom has been crying all day yesterday and all night wondering who would do
    such a thing like this. We have the serial number 136565250248. PLEASE HELP US LOCATE MY XBOX AND KENECT.

    I feel like I've lost an appendage since my 250gig slim black xbox360 was stolen over a week ago.

    I am sorry that your Xbox got stolen, next time when you get a new one or hopefully the one that was stolen back maybe cover it up with a jumper or a blanket just to keep it hidden and away out of sight.

    I'm afraid if your Xbox One was stolen there isn't a way for us to track it. We recommend reaching out to your local authorities and report the stolen console. Thanks for your understanding.
