Stolen Xbox one

My Xbox was stolen a few hours ago and they signed in on my Xbox is there anyway to track down and send the local authorities to get it?

My Xbox One has been stolen. I have filed a police report and I was wondering if there is any information besides the serial number. my question is: is there a way for Microsoft to lock the stolen system out so it cant be used and possibly track the IP?

My xbox one was stolen please help me locate it.

 

There's no real way to track that down to an exact location. And you're going to want to change your password on the account.

To see the sign in IP address of your account's history, you can go here -
https://account.microsoft.com/security

Choose Recent Activity and when you sign in, the first IP address should be yours since you just signed in. And from there you can see the IP addresses of where your account has been signed in at.

Next, by going back to the site -
https://account.microsoft.com/security

Choose Change your password and get a new password on your account.

Then you can go here -
https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

And under Trusted Devices, you'll have an option to remove the option from your account from all devices, where your account was setup to sign in automatically, such as your account on your xbox

 

I have a password on my account they can't buy or add to the account with out it

 

I was just concerned that they might be able to use your account if it signed in automatically. You don't want to have anyone use your account and risk having it suspended or banned.
