    I purchased an Xbox and had to request a return for a refund so I could get my money back for bills. I have been back and forth with Microsoft and UPS for the past month and a half regarding the legitimacy of shipping/returning the device. UPS claims their hands are clean of it since it got shipped, but UPS never scanned the label that Microsoft provided even though I gave the label to UPS that was provided to me by Microsoft. I filed a claim with Microsoft and they told me today that they have rejected my inquiry regarding a refund because UPS didn't use the label provided and the device is not at the warehouse. I am at wits end and beside myself, someone at UPS clearly stole this device and Microsoft is basically telling me I am out of luck; insinuating that I never attempted to return it. How do I escalate this claim/case so I can get my refund? I have proof of everything; I even sent it to Microsoft Support. There is surveillance at the store as well. I also, just tried calling Microsoft Store Support and my number was flagged telling me to go online for help and no one can help me over the phone. Does ANYONE out there have any insight in how I can fix this??? Do I need to file a police report at this point?

    Absolutely not, regardless of "who" would state such I would reject it just as equally until they provided reasonable evidence to support their claim. It's not due to "you" as a person making the claim but the claim itself. If
    you further support that claim or belief, well that's your choice then.

    I simply reject the claim as word salad and woo.

    If you have subscribed to the offer before you won't be able to claim it once again but if you haven't claimed it yet and you still get rejected you will need to contact the online support Contact us | Xbox Support to check from their end and what can be done about the situation.

    If xbox gets stolen then you need to report it stolen to the police and give them all the details about the xbox like the serial number and make sure that you keep the reciept as proof of purchase. You will also need to go to your microsoft account and
    change your password and/or passkey as soon as possible so that noone can make any unauthorized purchases on your account in your name. If you have the product insured then you should be able to claim a replacement if the xbox gets lost or stolen. Hope this
