    The enforcement team do not use the forums. As long as you have filed a complaint on them, they will investigate them.

    i don't what to do really I'm waiting since 1 week and I reported this guy a lot of times ... I hope they will deleated the picture ..

    The only way for someone to of gotten your old gamer tag would have been to get your account information for that gamertag then go in and change that gamertag.

    And then change there gamertag that they have on an account already to your gamertag.

    Or if you have not signed into that old account in a certain period of time then they would close that old account of yours and recycle the gamertag.

    Are you sure that the gamertag was not just attached to an old email address of yours that you dont remember?

    its not exactly the same gt I had but it's the same gt in different way but i don't mind about the gt but he stole a picture personal of me ...

    You would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
